The following are some testimonials from various classes and workshops.

"Rhonda creates an environment that encourages safe introspection, and offers nsightful questions that remain with me long after our meetings.  Her questions are both anchors and springboards, bringing me closer to myself while simultaneously opening a vision to new perspectives." EM, Retired Executive

“My yoga nidra experience with Rhonda has been a journey. Already I have experienced so many twists and turns, but so importantly; all the choices have been my own. I feel complete safety with my guide. Her gentleness of spirit and lyrical voice enable me to float and feel, touch and see parts of myself that I have feared, dreaded or been unable to visualize, all along knowing she will return me to my rightful place, but just maybe, a little or at times a lot, changed. I thank you." LK,Textile Artist and Designer

“In my ongoing search to find relaxation methods, I joined Rhonda’s yoga nidra sessions. Rhonda’s very calming, soothing voice and knowledge of the practice allow me to fully relax and go within. To feel this amazing sense of relaxation and deep sense of spirit has truly been a joy for me. I am deeply grateful to Rhonda for sharing her gift with me and others.” VD, yoga student

“I leave each Yoga Nidra session better informed about myself and often with some thought provoking revelation that eventually provides additional insight.  Thank you Rhonda for deftly guiding these discoveries.  It's a wonderful practice.” PM, Certified Massage Therapist

“Using
Authentic Movement as a tool helped me to access emotions in a quick and deep manner. I was able to process my issue and to put it simply...move it through and out of my body. With Rhonda as witness I felt safe and knew that I was supported at every turn.” -Yogini

“Rhonda has a number of skills in her ‘tool box’ and if you experience her you will experience all she has to give. She is a woman who shares and teaches from her heart and she has a wonderful ability to help you find and come to yours.” -Trice Bonney
